Two Russian Orthodox women, Tatiana Velikanova and Yelena Sannikova, both serving sentences for “anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda,” were pardoned by a decree of the Supreme Soviet on Dec. 10. Sannikova returned horme to Moscow, but Velikanova refused to accept the pardon, insisting on a complete rehabilitation and is still in exile in Kazakhstan.            (KNS 12/17/87)
