    Keston reports the release from psychiatric hospital of Russian Orthodox believer Anatoly Ponamaryov at the beginning of June. “He is an engineer by profession from Leningrad. Now 53, he was arrested for the fifth time on December 14, 1978 and detained in Leningrad psychiatric hospital, although he was described by a former doctor in the hospital as ‘completely sane.’ No news had been heard of him since 1979. There are no further details known at present.”
