Fr. Gleb Yakunin has been honered by the Ross McWhirter Foundation. In a ceremony held at Goldsmiths Hall in London on April 8, Rev. Michael Bourdeaux, Director of Keston College, collected the award on behalf of Fr. Gleb, who is currently serving the five-year term of exile he received in addition to five years’ strict regime camp. His imprisonment was a direct result of his work in founding the Christian Committee for the Defense of Believers’ Rights. The $300 award money will beheld on Fr. Gleb’s behalf in a special fund.
